In this manual we analyze the impact that “ghosting” has on those people who suffer from others a sudden zero contact without any explanation. This form of unilateral breakup of relationships can be very painful and traumatic, triggering wounds of abandonment, rejection and transgenerational patterns of the person who suffers this form of emotional neglect.

Sadly, ghosting is the order of the day and seems to be “normalized” when in reality it is a cruel behavior that often reflects a poor communication capacity of the person who responds with ghosting to another person.

In the manual we analyze ghosting and through a protocol with questions and answers we will seek to discover the impact that this form of breakup without closure for one of the people can cause in terms of trauma, wounds, future blockages in their relationships.

Not all ghostings are carried out by “perpetrators” on “victims” because there are the latter who use ghosting as a form of zero contact to radically cut off ties with an abuser.
