In this manual or PDF e-book, we address the Anima, the feminine aspect in a man’s unconscious, following a Jungian approach and applying radiesthetic procedures to work with the question/answer protocol offered in this manual.

We will analyze the distortions of the Anima and how they affect the person, in this case a man, whether ourselves or our male clients.

This manual complements the other manual we previously wrote on the Animus, the unconscious masculine aspect within women. Both aspects are often projected onto the figures of the opposite sex with whom we bond, so recognizing these dynamics not only resolves internal tensions but can potentially help us improve our relationships with others.
