The Inner Critic

The figure of the Inner Critic is an internal force that can cause significant inner turmoil, especially when we allow it to take the pilot’s seat and become the driver of our human vessel. When this happens, we live trapped in the prison of judgments—self-criticism and criticism of others—blocking many of the positive and constructive actions that could lead us to achieve our highest goals, dreams, aspirations, and objectives.

Being able to identify the Inner Critic and discover how it takes hold of us—often hijacking our gifts, talents, and inner resources—is essential if we wish to grow in sovereignty and freedom, developing our psyche in such a way that the true driver of our inner vehicle can reclaim its rightful place.

By working to understand the Inner Critic and its strategies, we support ourselves on the path of Awareness, Awakening, and Liberation.

The approach proposed in this document consists of an in-depth analysis of the Inner Critic, allowing us to identify it more clearly in ourselves and in our clients. In the following pages of this manual, we present a profile of the Inner Critic obtained through a series of questions that will later assist us in our dowsing and/or bioenergetic sessions.

Finally, we explore a range of possible solutions, drawing on bioenergetics and dowsing, to help us work with this issue for our highest good and for the benefit of our clients.

This manual can be used as the sole focus of a dedicated session aimed at analyzing a client’s Inner Critic, or it can be applied selectively as part of other types of sessions when internal criticism emerges as a determining factor.
